Once an order is placed at Salt Cat Store, it enters our processing system promptly. If your order has not been shipped yet, we may be able to modify or cancel it upon request.

To request an order modification or cancellation, please contact us at support@saltcat.com.au as soon as possible.
Once the order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.


R e t u r n   &   R e f u n d   P o l i c y 

 At Salt Cat Store, we offer a selection of pre-owned (used) vintage tableware and brand-new items. Due to the unique nature of pre-owned vintage items, our return policy varies based on the product condition:


1. Pre-Owned / Used Items – ❌ No Returns

Our pre-owned / used vintage products are carefully curated and may show signs of prior use due to their nature. These items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or refund, except in the following cases:

 The item received is significantly different from its description.
 The item was damaged in transit and is no longer in usable condition.

If you encounter any issues, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

 Your order number
 A description of the issue
 Clear photos showing the problem


2. Brand-New Items – ✅ 14-Day Return Policy

If you purchased a brand-new product, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item under the following conditions:

 You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to initiate the return process.
 The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
 All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
 The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.


I m p o r t a n t   N o t e s 

Shipping Damage:

 If an item is damaged during transit, retain the original packaging and take clear photos as evidence.

Non-Returnable Items:

 Pre-owned / used products (except for significant misrepresentation or shipping damage).

Custom-made, sale, or discounted items, unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs:

 If an item qualifies for a refund due to a major fault, shipping damage, or misrepresentation, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For brand-new item returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
