At Salt Cat Store, we offer a selection of pre-owned (used) vintage tableware and brand-new items. Due to the unique nature of pre-owned vintage items, our return policy varies based on the product condition: |
1. Pre-Owned / Used Items – ❌ No Returns

Our pre-owned / used vintage products are carefully curated and may show signs of prior use due to their nature. These items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or refund, except in the following cases: ✔ The item received is significantly different from its description. 2. Brand-New Items – ✅ 14-Day Return Policy

If you purchased a brand-new product, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item under the following conditions: ✔ You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to initiate the return process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. |

Non-Returnable Items:

✔ Pre-owned / used products (except for significant misrepresentation or shipping damage). ✔ Custom-made, sale, or discounted items, unless they arrive defective or incorrect. |
Return Shipping Costs:

✔ If an item qualifies for a refund due to a major fault, shipping damage, or misrepresentation, we will cover the return shipping costs. ✔ For brand-new item returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. |
