Shipping policy

We currently ship across Australia using reliable courier services. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location.

Shipping Rates
✔ Standard shipping: $15 AUD flat rate
✔ Free shipping: Available for orders over $100 AUD

At Salt Cat Store, we are committed to eco-friendly packaging.

We use:

✔ Reused packaging materials, including foam, cardboard boxes, and wrapping paper, to minimize waste
✔ Secure packaging to ensure your items arrive safely and intact. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.

We use Australia Post and other courier services to deliver your order to your provided shipping address.

Delivery Process
✔ Your package will be delivered to your doorstep or mailbox.
✔ If you are not home, the courier may:
     📦 Leave the package in a safe place (if available)
     🏢 Leave a collection card directing you to pick up your parcel from your local Post Office or courier depot.

Special Delivery Instructions
If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., leave at the front door, deliver to a concierge), please include them at checkout.

We take great care in packaging our items, but if your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us at support@saltcat.com.au within 48 hours after receiving your package.

Damaged Packages
✔ Please keep the original packaging and send us clear photos of the damaged items for assessment.

Lost Packages
✔ If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, reach out to us, and we will investigate with the courier.
